A thermocouple is a sensor that measures temperature, and is the most widely used solution to guarantee safety while use of gas cooking to have an efficient and economic surveillance system.

It consists of two different types of metals, joined together at one end. When the junction of the two metals is heated or cooled, a voltage is created that can be correlated back to the temperature. Thermal voltages in thermocouple circuits are always the result of thermal gradients. If a section of a thermocouple circuit has an unknown or undesirable see beck coefficient, then its influence can be diminished by suppressing thermal gradients in that section.

Dedicated typologies for various applications are available: single or double wire with thermocouples, faston or coaxial connections.

The body for fastening the thermocouple can be customized, based on the type of burner.

Vast range of Brass body.
